You took pictures of the sky to capture the moon at a strange angle. But blame it on the night, it didn’t resemble how we saw it.

I took pictures of the sky to capture you at a strange moment;
it's saved next to the time you tried to steal my fingerprint.

These frames of the night find a way to build a scene so differently for you and me. I suppose a friend is a friend but we all know how that ends.

(I know you don’t believe me; I doubt myself too.)

We looked up to the sky as if the moon could prompt us our next lines.
